What to Expect
At Blossom Pediatrics, we aim to make every visit comfortable for your child and informative for you.
Appointments:
We offer both in-clinic visits and scheduled phone consultations when appropriate. Appointments are designed to be thorough — we address your concerns, review growth and development, offer guidance, and answer questions.
Referrals only. No walk-ins Visits:
For urgent sick concerns, we strive to provide same-day appointments when possible. Call early in the day so we can best accommodate you.
Clinic Policies
At Blossom Pediatrics, protecting your child’s privacy and providing safe, high-quality care are our top priorities. For this reason, email communication is limited.
We use email only for general administrative purposes, such as appointment reminders. These messages will not include medical diagnoses, treatment details, or other confidential health information.
We do not use email for:
Medical questions or concerns
Clinical advice or follow-up discussions
Questions about fees, services, or billing matters
As a result, we are unable to send or respond to emails related to these topics.
In some situations, your pediatrician may request photos or additional information. When this is required, our secure Patient Portal upload link is the preferred and safest method of communication.
If you need to contact us regarding medical questions, concerns, or to book an appointment, please reach out to our clinic directly by phone or through the Patient Portal. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Scheduling & Cancellations:
We ask families to give at least 24 to 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling so we can offer that time to other patients.
Late Arrivals:
To ensure fairness and quality care for all, appointments may be rescheduled if you arrive late.
Communication:
Phone calls and secure messaging are available for non-urgent questions. Providers will return messages within one business day whenever possible.
We will respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
For urgent (but non-emergency) concerns or to request an earlier appointment, please contact your primary care physician.
Phone Appointments
We understand that sometimes a phone consultation is the best option.
Phone appointments are great for:
Follow-up at Doctors discussions
Reviewing test results
Behavioral or developmental questions
Prescription renewals when a physical exam isn’t required
Call the clinic to schedule a phone appointment with your child’s provider.
